Groot Beer Float (Guardians of the Galaxy cocktail)

Ingredients:
1.5 oz Bourbon
1 large scoop Pistachio Ice Cream (or gelato)
Root Beer

Directions: In a tall glass, put your desired amount of pistachio ice cream or gelato. Pour a shot of bourbon over the top, then fill the glass with your favorite root beer! Drink until the only thing you can say is “I am Groot.”
